6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier availability. We are not liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, or inaccurate addresses.

7. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not accepted unless received in a damaged or defective condition. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or videos as proof. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
