Return & Refund Policy

At US VESTA, we take great pride in delivering top-quality custom apparel and personalized products. Each order is carefully printed, packed, and shipped with precision. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized or personalized items (such as printed t-shirts, mugs, caps, or gifts) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
• Bulk or corporate orders are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Share your order number, product photos, and issue details.
• Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

4. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund details will be coordinated via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will resend the corrected item once the defective product is received and verified by our quality control team.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
