Cancellation & Refund Policy

At US VESTA, we believe in providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. While we strive to deliver every order to perfection, we understand that customers may sometimes wish to cancel or modify their orders. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.

1. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
• Cancellations will not be accepted if:
• The order has already been processed or handed over to our printing or packaging team.
• The shipping process has already been initiated.
• Since most of our products are custom-made, cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

• Orders for customized or personalized items (e.g., printed t-shirts, mugs, caps, gifts) cannot be canceled once the design has been approved or printing has begun.
• Cancellations are also not accepted for bulk, corporate, or special-discount orders once confirmed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Contact us via email at info@usvesta.com or call +91 9355155463 with your order number and photos/videos of the product.
• After verification, our team will initiate an appropriate resolution — such as a replacement or refund.

4. Product Not as Expected

If you believe that the product received is not as displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision, which may include a replacement, credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

In cases where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues or defects should be addressed directly with the manufacturer as per their terms and conditions.

6. Refund Process

• Once your cancellation or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details.

7. Important Note

• Refunds are subject to inspection and verification by US VESTA’s quality control team.
• Refunds may be denied if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error was on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Payment Policy

At US VESTA, we value your trust and strive to provide a safe, secure, and seamless payment experience. Our payment process ensures complete transparency and protection for all online and offline transactions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Secure online gateways — such as Razorpay
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

2. Advance Payment for Bulk Orders

For bulk or corporate orders, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required at order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch. Production or customization begins only after receiving the advance payment.

3. Secure Transactions

• All online transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
• Our payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring top-tier security.
• We do not store or share your card or bank details on our servers.

4. Payment Confirmation

• After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.
• If the payment fails or isn’t reflected in your order, contact us with your transaction ID for quick resolution.

5. Refunds for Canceled or Failed Orders

In case of cancellation or payment failure, applicable refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
